Everything is programming your mind. Thoughts, actions, content.
If you become aware enough of your own thoughts you can softly start moving your attention to things you choose.
Then the natural question is: what is a good program to install in our human operating system? I.e. what should I focus my attention and thoughts to whenever I wake up and realize I am lost in thought?
I’m not sure. Here are my current hypotheses:
- Smile from within (lighten up, love everything, amor fati)
- Virtuous action. You usually know what to do.
