You can fix most of your inner problems by fixing your hardware (your body). I would estimate 95% of negative thoughts and emotions are fixable by fixing your hardware.
Some fixes include: breathwork, yoga, sleeping right, eating right, training & cold plunges.
The remaining 5% are software problems that you need to fix by thinking or acting in the world. Most of these are fixed by: gaining more knowledge or making a decision.
