How to dance
Get in a trance. Forget yourself and the world. Lose control. For some reason, losing control is very taboo in our world. People tend to think you must be very drunk or high in order to lose control. It can happen anytime if you let it — in fact I think it is the primary reason why we enjoy dancing.
If you dance for others you are simply extending what you do everyday to the dance floor. That is not losing control. To enjoy the trance aspect of dance you need to let go of controlling the mind. Leave your personality and identity out of it and see what happens. Then, it is almost like charging your batteries because you are not watching, calculating or acting — you just are.
