How is the Dalai Lama reborn? Installing similar software on different humans

The Dalai Lama is supposedly reborn whenever they die. This can be easily understood by identifying him as a software running on a human body — not the body itself.

So, to initiate the Dalai Lama software — pick a young kid and start training him in spiritual matters at an early age. Teach him everything that is Tibetan Buddhism and other subprocesses related to being the Dalai Lama.

This kid will then grow up to be very similar to previous Dalai Lamas. In the nature vs nurture debate, you basically nurture this kid to become the Dalai Lama — then only the nature of it will be slightly different.
